Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

You can initiate a return up to 7 days after delivery if: You receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item. To qualify for returns items must be unused, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item should be in it's original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid. Perishable items, experiences, redeemed experiences and custom-ordered items are final sale and not eligible for return. If you are unsure about whether your item is eligible for return, you can email [email protected]. Please note that items purchased from other websites (via our website) are subject to the return policy of the store from which they were purchased.

 

Exchanges

Where your friend (s) contribute or purchase an item on your registry and before delivery, you reconsider or change your mind on that item, you can decide to use the money contributed to shop for other items on our website. You can do this by moving the money contributed to your Wallet, your Wallet Fund can be used to purchase products/gifts on the website. Wallet Fund can only be used for any physical product or experience that Gift Empire sells. Wallet Fund can be redeemed for cash but this will attract a 25% surcharge.
